No stranger to going under the knife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna Tuesday said she thinks Kylie Jenner has had work done on her lips -- not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen asked Rinna a viewer’s question: "As Hollywood’s reigning lip expert, do you think Kylie Jenner got lip injections?

The brash actress didn’t hesitate to shake her head in affirmation, adding, "I mean that’s my feeling -- I could be absolutely wrong, but I think so.”

The likable reality star said that Kylie’s lips “look plumper” as of late, asking Cohen and the studio audience, "Don’t they to you? Don’t they to you? Don’t they to you?"

She clarified that there was no negative stigma attached to the procedure, saying, "It’s not a bad thing, right? Hello!"

Cohen laughed, adding, “Please! Half of the housewives would be gone!”

Jenner, who past had brushed off whispers of surgical enhancement, told Cosmopolitan's February issue that her changed look is the result of getting older, and nothing else.
