Party Before Prison? Lindsay Lohan Heading For Super Bowl Festivities Despite Mounting Legal Woes

Prosecutors are cracking down on Lindsay Lohan over concerns that she may not have completed the terms of community service requirements stemming from her reckless driving case in 2012. But according to a source close to 28-year-old actress, not even a possible upcoming jail sentence can stop her from doing what she does best – party!
"Lindsay is headed to Phoenix, Ariz. to partake in the Super Bowl festivities this coming Sunday," an NFL insider tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
In anticipation of the upcoming festivities, Lohan took to her social media to share her excitement over the game. In what is believed to be an E-surance commercial promo, the company that Lohan is now apparently promoting, the actress notorious for crashing cars asks, "Anybody need a ride to the big game."
Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney Terry White's recent complaints against Lohan came after White called into question why the Mean Girls actress star got credits for a "meet-and-greet with fans of Speed-the-Plow" — the London play Lohan recently starred in.
But according to a source close to Lohan, "Lindsay is actually quite annoyed that they are even saying that this type of work was not community service. She firmly believes that entertaining people and making them happy is definitely being of service to the community."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, another factor in this case is Lohan attorney Shawn Holley's claims that Lohan's recent illness impacted her ability to complete the community service hours on time. But prosecutors are not buying it and are insisting on copies of her medical records to back up the excuses.
A hearing has been scheduled for February 18 to review the findings of the DA's investigation.
