Lindsay Lohan claims a mysterious illness kept her from completing her community service hours on time, but so far prosecutors aren't buying it. RadarOnline.com has learned that prosecutors want copies of her medical records as proof.
Los Angeles City Attorney Terry White is requesting "copies of Lindsay's medical records from her stay at a London hospital for Chikungunya, because those dates are being listed as dates she was doing community service,” an insider told Radar.
"Unfortunately, since Lindsay was treated overseas, the prosecutor won't be able to get a court order forcing the records to be turned over,” the insider said." There are also major doubts that Lindsay , ten days in a row to get it completed before the deadline. It's been extremely embarrassing that Lindsay has been given so many chances, and keeps thumbing her nose at the judicial system."
"A simple request by the DA to have Lindsay appear in person and swear under oath she had completed the service was denied by Judge Richard Stone,” the source said.
Adding to the controversy, Lohan was also given 18 hours of credit for doing meet and greets with fans after her performances in Speed The Plow on the West End in London.
Despite being recently hospitalized, Lohan was spotted partying in Paris over the weekend, until 5 a.m. at Le Titty Twister.
A hearing has been scheduled for February 18 to review findings of the DA's investigation of Lohan's community service.
