Has Jason Aldean finally made an honest woman out of Brittany Kerr? With new reports that the country singer and his one-time mistress have tied the knot, Kerr’s rep spoke out exclusively to RadarOnline.com to set the record straight.

“Jason and Brittany are not married,” the rep insisted.

Rumors started early this week when a local Nashville radio station claimed that Kerr and Aldean had secretly made it official during a trip to the Dominican Republic for a friend’s wedding earlier this month.

“They didn’t get married in the Dominican Republic," the rep insisted. “They didn’t get married last weekend. The reports are wrong.”

Aldean and Kerr got engaged last September after a rocky start. They were caught kissing in 2012 when Aldean was still married to then-wife Jessica Ussery.

Though the blond cheerleader initially apologized for the scandalous lip lock, calling it a “lapse in judgment,” she later turned her fling into a full-blown relationship. Aldean split from his wife in 2013.

And Kerr’s family certainly approves.

“Jason is very nice and down-to-earth,” Kerr’s grandmother Louvada Barbee told RadarOnline.com last June. “I hope everything works out.”
