Family Feud Continues: Mama June & Sugar Bear Refused To Visit Ailing Uncle Poodle In The Hospital Because ‘They’re Still Mad,’ Anna Says
Mama June Shannon and her daughter Anna are patching things up after a months-long feud, but Lee “Uncle Poodle” Thompson is still feeling abandoned by his family.
On New Year’s Day, the 32-year-old suffered from severe chest pains and was rushed a local Georgia hospital—but when Poodle and his fiancé, Alan Stevenson, called his brother Sugar Bear and former sister-in-law June, they heard crickets on the other end of the phone.
“I am actually shocked that his own brothers and June couldn't care less that Lee could have died last night according to the emergency responders,” Stevenson griped on the couple’s official Facebook page. “I'm sorry but to me it's so outrageous that they couldn't set pride aside for a serious issue.”

After doctors implanted a defibrillator via surgery, Poodle left the hospital on January 7. But still hadn’t heard from Sugar Bear or June.
Anna, 20, exclusively explains to RadarOnline.com that the bitter former couple has kept their distance despite the near tragedy because “they’re still mad at him.”
“They’re still mad about all of the mean texts he sent,” the married mom of Kaitlyn, 2, tells RadarOnline.com.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Poodle exposed June’s messages in which she confessed to having had a sordid threesome with former hubby Sugar Bear and his older brother Billy.
He also told The National ENQUIRER that June had sex with ex-boyfriend Mark McDaniel during a secret vacation in September, and even allowed McDaniel to share a bed with her youngest daughter Alana, 9. (McDaniel served ten years in prison for repeatedly molesting his girlfriend’s eldest daughter when she was a child, Anna exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com in October.)
June has denied dating McDaniel after his release, though she did confess to seeing him twice in recent months.
While it seems unlikely that June, Sugar Bear and Poodle will kiss and make up, Anna says she’s ready to bury the hatchet with her uncle.
“I will reach out to him,” she says.
As for her own relationship with her mother, Anna assures RadarOnline.com that there’s been a lot of improvement.
“I talked to her yesterday,” she reveals. “I let her talk to Kaitlyn. We are on alright terms and are working things out.”
