True Tori is no longer a family affair as far as cheater Dean McDermott is concerned.
The 48-year-old Canadian native has told his wife, Tori Spelling, that it’s time to wrap up the on-screen drama as far as he and their family is concerned.
"Dean has made it known he’s done filming True Tori, and in his mind the time has come for the kids to be taken off the show as well,” a source reveals exclusively to RadarOnline.com of Liam, 7, Stella, 6, Hattie, 3, and 2-year-old Finn.
McDermott’s decision comes on the heels of Liam having issues at school, and often acting out, adds the source to Radar.
Too bad the reality dad’s plan may be easier said then done. “The family needs time away from the camera, but Tori just won't let it happen,” the source continues.
In a preview of an upcoming True Tori (slated to air Nov. 25), the embattled McDermott finds himself in 41-year-old Spelling’s crosshairs yet again. Spelling is busy complaining about her husband’s shortcomings to a pal when Dean walks into the room.

“I heard what you guys were talking about,” he said. “That’s not how I prioritize things.”
Behind the scenes, McDermott has been "a very involved dad,” but the problem, says the source, is that “In Dean’s opinion, the more Tori can come off as the victim, the better.”
