Kourtney Kardashian Posts Cryptic Message About Broken Heart -- Have Her & Scott Disick Split?

Has Scott Disick broken Kourtney Kardashian's heart?
Kardashian posted a photo on Instagram Friday night that featured a scene from Lilo and Stitch. "If you want to leave, you can. I'll remember you, though. I remember everyone that leaves," read the lines from the movie.
Disick, meanwhile, posted a photo of himself on a private plane with his friends headed to Las Vegas.
It's no secret the reality stars have had their share of relationship trouble. Kardashian, who is pregnant with the couple's third child, has complained about Disick's excessive partying.

This season on Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, Kardashian expressed concern after Disick swallowed an entire bottle of pills and had to checked himself into a hospital.
"I don't think he's probably ever taken this many sleeping pills after drinking," she said. "My biggest fear is that he continues on this road. I don't know where that could lead."
As for rehab, RadarOnline.com has reported that Disick secretly checked in for treatment after his hospitalization. However, he continues to party.
