Duggar Thanksgiving: Jill Shows Off Bump, Is Anna Hiding One?

'Tis the season for Duggar baby bumps!
Pregnant Jill Duggar spent Thanksgiving with her husband Derick Dillard's family this year. She took the opportunity to show off her growing belly in a family photo she posted on Instagram.
"So many blessings to count this Thanksgiving...Mama Cathy is well, best hubby in the world, expecting a son, God's mercies are new every morning! #happythanksgiving," she wrote.
Dillard, whose mother Cathy has been battling cancer, posted the same photo on his Instagram with the message, "So thankful that the Lord has healed mom and we can have Thanksgiving dinner with her this year! #beyondblessed #family #bestmom"
Meanwhile, Jill's brother, Josh Duggar took to twitter to share a Thanksgiving snapshot of his three children Mackynzie, Michael and Marcus at the dinner table.
Josh's wife Anna didn't appear in the photo but in a seperate video that Josh posted of his family it appears Anna is intentionally hiding her stomach by wearing an oversized-cardigan. She also uses a winter coat to conceal her mid-section.
Could another Duggar baby be on the way? Only time will tell!
