Sonja Morgan Wants To Hire Personal Accountants To Try To Refinance NYC Townhome
After selling her multi-million dollar estate in France, Sonja Morgan also listed her New York City townhome. But the reality star doesn’t want to let it go, and RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that Morgan is trying to refinance the five-floor house.
In documents obtained by Radar, the Real Housewives of New York star requested the court to allow her to hire a personal accountant. Despite having an accountant that handles her bankruptcy estate tax returns, Morgan wants to hire a separate firm to handle her personal returns, so she can start the process of refinancing her home.

The documents filed to the bankruptcy court also note that the sale of her French estate “has provided a significant starting point for a plan…” to most likely lower her payments.
Earlier this month, Morgan slashed the price of her pad by nearly $500,000 to help the sale along. But it seems now the New Yorker wants to keep it.
