Let the legal battle begin.
The truck driver who plowed into a limo bus carrying Tracy Morgan and several others last weekend pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday afternoon.
During his arraignment at the Middlesex County Superior Court, Kevin Roper remained silent. After the court appearance, Roper was released on the $50,000 bail he had posted following his arrest last weekend.
Morgan’s rep confirmed that he was in critical but stable condition, saying his recovery would be “arduous.” He also refuted any rumors that the comedien would have his leg amputated.
