She Certainly Has A Type: Jennifer Lopez Dating Backup Dancer And ‘’DWTS’ Pro Maksim Chmerkovsky!

Goodbye Casper! Less than two weeks after news broke of Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart’s drama-filled breakup amid reports he was sexting multiple transgender models, it appears as though the “Same Girl” singer is already moving on!
Although Lopez may have driven Smart away with her insane dieting and out-of-control “body obsession,” the 44-year-old songstress is rumored to be dating ‘DWTS’ veteran (and serial dater) Maksim Chmerkovsky, 34. The two first met when they performed together at the American Music Awards last November, and have since kept in touch. They were even spotted hanging out together at the Redbury Hotel in LA this past March.
Despite their initial connection, a source told Page Six “nothing happened” between the two: Lopez was still dating Smart at the time, and Maksim was linked to Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton, 22. Seeing that Maks is definitely not dating his ‘DWTS’ partner Meryl Davis, the timing with Lopez seems about right. As for Lopez, Maks seems to be just her type.
