Joe Giudice seems to be drinking away his many, many problems.

An onlooker exclusively tells that the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband— who’s facing up to 46 months in prison after pleading guilty to nine counts of mail, wire, bank and bankruptcy fraud in March— stumbled into New York nightclub Catch on May 29 looking worse for wear.

“He was clearly bombed,” the source recalls. “His face was red, and though he was wearing a suit, he looked disheveled.”

And while his wife Teresa, 42— also facing prison time for her role in the scandal— stood by his side on a Memorial Day weekend getaway on the Jersey Shore, the reality dad, also 42, arrived to the bar alone.

“Teresa wasn’t with him,” adds the insider. “He came in solo.”

As previously reported, the troubled pair have begun the pre-sentencing proceedings prior to their doomsday July 8 court date.

“Joe is going to deal with whatever his punishment is, and if that includes being deported, he will face it,” an insider told on May 21. “Of course, Joe would fight any attempt to be deported, but he knows his chances of being successful are slim.”

The New Jersey natives— along with their daughters Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Melania, 8, and Audriana, 4— will be featured on the upcoming season of their Bravo hit, premiering just days after the sentencing on July 13.
