Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe are reportedly closing in on a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney's office over their 41-count indictment for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.
As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, the couple is facing up to 50 years in prison for the charges.

But if the judge accepts the plea deal offer, In Touch claims Joe will serve a minimum of five years in prison, while Teresa will escape jail time altogether with a maximum of five years probation.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars will also have to pay $11 million in restitution.
Joe and Teresa pled not guilty to the charges in Nov. and have been battling ever since, asking the judge for separate trials — which they were denied for.
