Dwyane Wade Admits To Secret Love Child, Conceived During Break From Now-Fiancée Gabrielle Union

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade, who recently announced his engagement to Gabrielle Union, admits he had a baby boy with an unidentified woman while he and his now-fiancée were going through a problematic time in their relationship.

"I had a time, a part in our break, in our pain and our hurt, a blessing came out of it in my life, having a son that was born healthy," the superstar scorer told the South Florida Sun Sentinel. "So I'm moving on.

"I'm in the public eye, so obviously that's a part of it -- it comes with the territory," the 31-year-old hoopster told the paper. He added that his "focus is on what's most important to me and my family, and that's being a great father. I've always tried to show my importance in my kids' lives and it doesn't change now."

E! reported that Union was furious with Wade after learning of the love child, his third son, as he has two boys with ex-wife Siohvaughn FunchesZaire and Zion.

The baller smoothed things over by proposing to the stunning actress Dec. 21, sealing the deal with an eye-popping piece of bling in the form of a 8.5 carat diamond ring.

Wade told the paper he and Union "have continued to move forward, and I think that's evident with the ring and the proposal that I gave her, with our lives."
