Zac Efron Breaks His Jaw After Taking A Tumble — Has His Mouth Sewn Shut!

He might be a hunky actor, but it seems Zac Efron is also a bit of a klutz.
The 17 Again star broke his jaw over the weekend after accidentally slipping in a puddle outside his Los Angeles home, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
According to reports, Efron, 26, has had his mouth sewn shut and even sustained a large gash on his face that required stitches.
He is expected to make a full recovery, and luckily isn't filming anything at the moment.

Efron just completed That Awkward Moment and Neighbors but any plans to tour and promote the flicks will be put on hold.
