OMG! The Jonas Brothers Cancel Tour Over A 'Deep Rift Within The Band'

Hold on to your pom poms. Two days before the Jonas Brothers were set to go on tour around the country, Nick, Joe and Kevin have cancelled all 19 of the planned concerts this afternoon. And it sounds like they won't be making music together again any time soon.
"There is a deep rift within the band," their spokesman, Jesse Derris, said in a statement. "There was a big disagreement over their music direction."
Though they recently released a pop-tinged single, "Pom Poms," the guys reportedly have argued over taking the band in a more hard rock direction.
Can they settle their differences and get back into harmony? Derris said, "It remains to be seen."

Though the band has sold 20 million records since signing with Hollywood Records in 2007, the brothers have gone their own ways in recent years. Nick did a stint in Les Miserables in London's West End, and filmed appearances on Smash and Last Man Standing. Kevin and his wife, Danielle, filmed the reality show Married to Jonas for E!, and Joe released a solo project and travelled with girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler, who has been accused of using Joe for fame.
