Lamar Odom has entered a rehab facility for drug and alcohol treatment, according to a new report.
The former Clippers power forward checked himself into the treatment center, sources tell People.com.
"He realized he needs help," a source told the site.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Khloe Kardashian's husband has been at the center of cheating allegations and claims that he's addicted to Oxycontin, Ambien and cocaine.
Last Friday Odom was stopped while driving on Los Angeles' 101 freeway and arrested for a DUI -- refusing chemical tests -- adding fuel to the fire that he was abusing drugs.
