The drug-addicted wife of Anger Management star Charlie Sheen is set to face questions from social workers about the sensational video published on RadarOnline.com which shows her smoking crack cocaine and scoring $1500 worth of crystal methamphetamine.
Investigators for the Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services stripped Brooke Mueller of custody of her twins with the Hollywood wildman after she placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after overdosing earlier this year.
The reason why emerged in the drug binge video.

"Brooke has a lot of explaining to do," a source close to the case told Radar.
"The time has come when Brooke will be allowed to spend overnight visits with Bob and Max. She doesn't want the visits to be supervised, but won't oppose it, at the same time.
"Even though she has complied with everything that child protective services have asked of her, the emergence of the video is important. She will be asked about the video and the circumstances surrounding that time in her life.
"She'll be quizzed about where the twins were on this occasion and whether or not they saw their mom doing drugs.
"Social workers will want to establish whether they were in danger during the time when this video was shot."
As we previously reported, the video was purportedly shot before Mueller — who starred in the 2011 Oxygen series The World According to Paris — lost custody of the children.
The adorable tots are presently in the custody of Sheen's second ex-wife, Denise Richards.
The video caused an internet sensation on Tuesday.
It shows a haggard looking Mueller — who is today fighting to remain clean and sober during a staggering 20th stint in rehabilitation — clutching a glass pipe.
She is also heard asking her dealer, "Where is the crystal? I am giving you $1500."
When Mueller is released from treatment, expected to be within the next two weeks, she will reside with a sober living companion at her Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion.
