Watch Out, New York City! 'Hot Mess' Amanda Bynes Resurfaces in Manhattan

No apartment? No problem for Amanda Bynes. Just days after being evicted from the Manhattan pad where she was arrested on suspicion of drug possession, the off-the-rails actress resurfaced in Times Square Friday.
"Amanda looked like a hot mess," an eyewitness who saw the star shopping in MAC Cosmetics tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "It was pouring rain outside, and she didn't have an umbrella, so her blonde wig was totally soaked and disgusting."

Wearing only rubber flip-flops, "Her feet looked really dirty," the source says. "She was wearing sunglasses inside and just looked like a hot mess. Everyone was staring at her."
An hour before, she had also been spotted shopping in Forever 21.
Bynes has been keeping up with her usual Twitter craziness in recent days, turning on her crush Drake and calling him ugly.
