Kim Kardashian has put on a brave face during her pregnancy, even during a miscarriage scare, but in a new sneak peek of the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians she is actually sobbing while at the doctor’s office and her baby daddy Kanye West isn’t by her side.

“Get ready for the most unexpected new season ever,” the promo video says as America’s first reality family returns to TV with even more drama than before.

Pregnant Kim is seen crying hysterically on an examination table and instead of her Kanye it is her mother Kris Jenner who is there for her.

“We are never going to fall apart,” Kris warns in the video but it looks like there are a lot of family fights going on.

“I needed my dad, you weren’t around,” Brody Jenner tells his dad Bruce in his return to the family show.

Khloe Kardashian lays down the law for her brother Rob and tells him he will not be following in his sister Kim’s adult endeavors.

“You are not going to be in porn,” she tells him in the clip.

“All the rumors are going to be put to rest,” the video teases, but is reality TV ever real?

Keeping Up With the Kardashians returns to E! on June 2.
