The trouble continues for Jenelle Evans and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she is headed back to jail today.

The Teen Mom star, 21, was scheduled to appear in a North Carolina court on Monday at 9:30 am for charges her ex-boyfriend Gary Head filed against her for cyber stalking, but she was out of town and missed the court date.

“Jenelle was saying that she didn’t even know about the charges and they were from months ago,” a source close to the MTV star told RadarOnline.com.

“Jenelle is going to turn herself in, bail out and get the charges dismissed,” the source explained.

Gary and Jenelle had a violent relationship and she was granted a one-year restraining order against him in August 2012 after an altercation where a source told RadarOnline.com that he “beat the sh*t out of her” and tried to strangle her with a bed sheet.

The source said Jenelle is furious about the situation now and is trying to handle the charges as quickly as possible.
