She has a hunky husband, runs a successful fashion line and has four children including a toddler and a teenager.
Now Victoria Beckham admits that her jet-setting lifestyle eaves her feeling "constantly guilty" about her parenting duties.
The former Spice Girl made the comment on Sunday while speaking to a packed crowd at London's Royal Festival Hall as part of the Vogue Festival.
"I think you feel so torn, don't you?" Victoria, 39, said about being a working mom.
"But I've got great people who handle my schedule and everything does revolve around the children.
"So, if there's a parents' night or an Easter bonnet parade or a nativity play, whatever it might be, then I plan everything around that so I can always be there."
The pop star turned fashion designer also spoke about juggling motherhood with her job. She and soccer star David Beckham have three boys and one girl - Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, ten, Cruz, eight and Harper, 21 months.
She said: "My children are my priority and always have been.
"I'm up early in the morning doing spelling tests and maths quizzes before the school run, then up late with a baby and a 14-year-old who refuses to go to bed -Brooklyn."
Victoria's oldest son joined her at the event and she revealed that it's not uncommon to have her children nearby while she works.
She said: "I love having children in the office. Mine are always running around.
"I had one of those swingy chairs for Harper in my office and she'd bounce one way and swing into a roll of fabric and then bounce the other way and crash into a bag of samples."
Victoria also poked fun at her public image. The Brit is frequently criticized for not smiling enough.
She said: "I'm nice! Everyone thinks I'm going to be a cow.
"I understand it actually. I think the same when I see the pictures."
