The question of 'who's the daddy?' has been looming in the Kardashian household for too long, and now Khloé is reportedly ready to finally confront her mom, Kris Jenner, over her father's identity.

"She will have a showdown with Kris and demand to know the truth about who her father is," a source close to the famous family told In Touch Weekly, adding that the confrontation will come once the cameras are rolling again for the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The youngest sister has suspected for a long time that she wasn't the biological daughter of late lawyer, Robert Kardashian, and In Touch claims her father is really Alex Roldan – Kris' hairdresser of 30 years to whom Khloé has a remarkable resemblance.

There's no chance of the hair guru talking, however, as he has reportedly signed a non-disclosure agreement that could cost him $30 million if he speaks, so that leaves Kris as the only person who can ease her daughter's nagging doubt.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Khloé has been pushed to question her family's values after excepts of Robert Kardashian’s personal diaries provided by his widow, Ellen Pearson, were published in January.

While an on-air paternity battle would no doubt fuel the E! reality show's flagging ratings, it might not bode well for Jenner's upcoming talk show, Kris, which is set for a six-week test run on Fox this summer.

"This is a recycled story -- it has been done 20 times before," a play of Khloé's tells Radar. "Of course it's not true."
