Still Stunning! Heather Locklear Is Fighting Back Time With 'Botox And Fillers,' Says Plastic Surgeon

She's endured a roller coaster of emotional and relationship ups and downs during the past six years, but 51-year-old Heather Locklear isn't letting the personal drama take its toll on her looks!

The former Melrose Place star appeared younger and more fresh-faced than ever when she was spotted leaving Casa Fendi in Beverly Hills last week, and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details on her age-defying secrets.

"Heather has aged well, while maintaining her natural beauty and youthful look," Dr. Raffi Hovsepian in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, who has not worked with the star, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"Her forehead is very smooth and has no creases, which leads me to believe that she has had Botox or a brow lift.

"It appears that she has maintained her facial volume beautifully, which could be done with fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane," he explained. "The texture and look of her skin has been very well maintained, either simply from good skin care and or chemical peels."

In the past, the Hot In Cleveland star may also have had a rhinoplasty with a tip refinement to her nose, explained Dr. Hovsepian, along with "a very natural breast augmentation to maintain her breast volume.

"All and all, Heather still looks great today - as she always has!"

Rocking a wrap dress and gladiator sandals as she left the party at the swanky sushi restaurant, Locklear has bounced back full steam from the health crisis of January 2012 that led to a frantic 911 call from her sister after the actress became "out of control" on a mix of Xanax and alcohol.

Locklear and actor Jack Wagner broke off their engagement in November 2011 after being together since 2007. She was previously married to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora and the former couple's 15-year-old daughter, Ava, is now following in her mother's footsteps as a model.
