As Madonna once famously sang, Who’s That Girl?

Khloe Kardashian looked slimmer and trimmer than we've ever seen her out running errands in West Hollywood Wednesday in a sleek black leather mini-skirt.

Khloe, 28, carried her adorable Boxer dog as she checked out the boutique Bel Bambini. She topped off the outfit with training sneakers and a pair of retro sunglasses.

The puppy was a gift from hubby Lamar Odom, as she tweeted Tuesday the cute canine was her and Lamar's "new baby!"

The new look gives us a warm-and-fuzzy feeling, as it's no secret Khloe's weight -- and efforts to lose or keep it off -- have been an issue in the past as she tries to measure up to her sexy sisters Kim and Kourtney.

“A few years ago I lost 30 pounds, and people still wanted to criticize,” she told Glamour earlier this year. "And honestly, I’m happy with myself if I’m a little heavier … I realized: Why am I trying to conform to someone else’s idea of beauty?

"I think I’m beautiful either way.”

We couldn't agree more!
