Kelly Osbourne is back at her L.A. home Tuesday after doctors gave her a clean bill of health, days after she suffered a seizure, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"After a five-day hospital stay, Kelly Osbourne has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor," her rep exclusively told to E! News.

"Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results. She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Osbourne, 28, was taken to the hospital last Thursday when the former reality TV star suffered a mysterious seizure while taping Fashion Police at the E! studios in Los Angeles.

During her hospital stay, she tweeted a photo of her tattooed arm with an IV, writing: “Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why.”
