Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe are going to war! The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are preparing to fight, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that this time it’s not with each other, but with the courts!

Juicy Joe has been charged with fraud for assuming the identity of his brother, Pietro, in June 2010 in order to obtain a driver’s license after his own was suspended following a DUI five months earlier, and Teresa plans to fight the court for her husband.

His courthouse showdown has been moved to April 1 (no joke!), and his wife will be there by his side every step of the way.

“Teresa could be the star witness if we need to call her,” Joe’s attorney Miles Feinstein exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

“And even if she doesn’t testify she will be there every day for him because she completely supports him. She wants Joe to win this case!”

Although prosecutors have offered Joe a plea bargain, Feinstein says that they have turned them down.

“Nothing that they have offered has been acceptable to my client. We’re going to trial,” Feinstein says.

Teresa and Joe are currently filming season five of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
