Jenelle Evans' life appears to be growing ever increasingly out of control, following a stint in rehab, allegations of heroin use, a short-lived toxic marriage and a tragic miscarriage, but has exclusively learned the troubled Teen Mom star has been on a downward spiral for quite some time, ever since she was busted in middle school for drinking alcohol in class!

According to a source close to the situation, while attending South Brunswick Middle School in Southport, North Carolina, for all intents and purposes Jenelle appeared to be a normal tween and was even on the cheerleading squad — but that in fact, she often rebelled against authority and took advantage when her regular classroom teacher wasn't there.
