Kim Kardashian isn't letting a little pregnancy get in the way of making hundreds of thousands of dollars hosting nightclub bashes.
With her baby daddy-to-be Kanye West by her side, Kim fronted the New Year's Eve party at 1 Oak nightclub at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Kim wore a skin tight lace number by Welsh designer Julien McDonald and hugged and kissed Kanye seemingly non-stop throughout the event.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kanye announced the pregnancy during a concert Saturday night.
RadarOnline.com has confirmed that Kim, who is still married to Kris Humphries, is about 12 weeks pregnant.
