Oscar-nominated actor Ethan Hawke is set to make a tidy profit by selling his stunning, two-family New York City townhouse for a cool $6.25 million, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the super cool pad, courtesy of our friends at Realestalker.com.
The four-floor property, which is located in the heart of Manhattan's trendy, celeb studded Chelsea district, contains two units with six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
The ground floor apartment has its own entrance, a 14-foot square living room complete with wood-burning fireplace, a u-shaped kitchen, two small bedrooms, one windowless bathroom and two large walk-in closets.
The second unit is entered through the parlor floor and has a private entry and stair hall with a half bathroom. Double pocket doors connect to a south facing living room that has a fireplace, a built-in bookshelf and original wood floors.
Its retro-modern kitchen includes old-fashioned yellow cabinets, a built-in breakfast banquette and a small dining room at the rear of the parlor floor with a window that looks out onto a back garden. The lower level garden area can be accessed by stairs via the balcony.
Three bedrooms can be found on the second floor - one master, which spans over the entire top floor and has its own vintage-style bathroom with a claw-footed tub, a dressing room and a private terrace - and two smaller ones.
