Olivier Martinez Hits Up Liquor Store Morning After Halle Berry Brawl

A bruised and battered Olivier Martinez was spotted at a Los Angeles liquor store on Friday.

Halle Berry's fiancé hit up Gil Turner's Fine Wine & Spirits at about 8 am.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Martinez got into a brutal fight with Halle's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry -- the father of her daughter Nahla -- Thanksgiving morning.

The incident happened at Berry's home as Aubry was dropping off Nahla to spend the holiday with her mother.

The cops were called, both men ended up being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Aubry was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

Aubry has told pals he'll be vindicated when video from Halle's security cameras is reviewed.

But Martinez is singing a different tune.

Aubry "attempted to use his size to intimidate," a Martinez pal told Us Weekly. "He shoved Olivier, then punched him. Olivier just defended himself."

Aubry has a December 13 court date. And Halle has already gotten a temporary restraining order against her ex.
