Michael Lohan Loses Lawsuit Over Unsettled Debt, Brings Pregnant Girlfriend To Court

Michael Lohan is no stranger to the courtroom.
The Lohan patriarch recently appeared on the Judge Alex show with his pregnant girlfriend Kate Major after Celebrity Boxing founder Damon Feldman claimed he was owed money over and unsettled debt, and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive details.
Damon claimed Michael missed two Celebrity Boxing matches he was booked for and advanced money for on two separate occasions, but Michael claimed he couldn't make the matches because he was in jail!
"Mr. Lohan, how many times have you been arrested sir?" Judge Alex asked Michael.
"In my life?" Michael asked, which was followed by laughter in the courtroom.
"I know I might be giving you an insurmountable task to remember all of them," the judge joked.
Michael was arrested in October 2011 because he violated the terms of his release from jail by calling Kate on the phone, just two days after his arrest on battery domestic violence charges in connection with a fight they'd had.
When police showed up at the motel Michael was staying at in Florida, he jumped out of a third story balcony trying to escape and suffered a broken foot.
"I jumped, and I actually got the railing and I was holding on with one hand," Michael explained to Judge Alex.
"I couldn't reach the railing so I just looked down and said, 'Screw it,' and I just let go."
Despite Michael's stint in the clinker, it wasn't a good enough excuse and Damon exclusively tells RadarOnline.com he was awarded a judgment, and is dedicating the win to Lindsay Lohan!
