Something To Hide Kim? Kardashian 'Leaves Through The Back Door' Of Surgery Center

Kim Kardashian is not bashful when it comes to showing off her assets, but apparently the reality star has something to hide when it comes to her beauty maintenance!

The 32-year-old reality star, who maintains that she is plastic surgery free but has copped to getting Botox in the past, was spotted leaving a Miami cosmetic surgery office through the back door on Wednesday, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details.

Kim arrived at the Miami Institute For Age Management for a "procedure" around 1 p.m. with her best pal Jonathan Cheban in tow, walking in through the front door, according to an onlooker.

"Kim and Jonathan walked through the front door of the medspa," the source exclusively tells RadarOnline.com. "They were there about an hour, and were escorted out the back door when they left."

The Institute, which is located at the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower, offers a variety of services, ranging from plastic surgery and dermatology, to cosmetic dentistry and weight loss treatments.
