Acne Attack! Kim Kardashian Suffers Skin Breakout

She may have the top dermatologists in the business on speed dial and the most expensive skin products money can buy at her disposal, but Kim Kardashian still can't avoid acne breakouts.
Back in Miami after her European trip, the 32-year-old bared her (almost) makeup free face, speckled with unfortunate red spots, while engaging in a little retail therapy on Monday, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
Dressed to the nines in leather pants, a tight tank top and a fur coat, with her $50,000 crocodile Birkin bag slung over her shoulders, Kim wasn't exactly looking fresh-faced and fabulous.
Despite taking the time to achieve a dramatic smoky eye look, the reality star failed to smooth out her acne-ridden skin with foundation.
Over the weekend, Kim hit the MTV EMAs with her boyfriend Kanye West, after a quick trip to London promoting the Kardashian Kollection with her sisters.
