Jennifer, 43, took to her Twitter account on Wednesday morning claiming the reports are false and "hurtful."
"C'mon thought you knew me better than this," she tweeted.
"Would never get anyone fired over an autograph. 1st I heard of this was on twitter. #hurtful."
As RadarOnline.com reported on Tuesday, Pray Dodaj told the German newspaper Bild that she was fired from her position at the Melia Duesseldorf luxury hotel after J.Lo complained that she'd asked for an autograph.
"I cleaned on her floor. And I am an incredibly big fan so I took all my courage and rang the bell to get an autograph," she told the outlet. "But I was rejected by two assistants at the door.
"A day later the cleaning company that employed me at the hotel called and said that Ms. Lopez had complained. I was fired right there on the phone! Because of an autograph!"
However, the American Idol judge is steadfast that she had nothing to do with the maid losing her job.
