J.Lo Makes BoyToy Lover Casper Sign Confidentiality Agreement

Love means never saying anything at all -- at least that's the situation when the one you love is Jennifer Lopez!
That's what her much younger lover Casper Smart has discovered, because he's not only her romantic partner, he's also her employee and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that the star had him sign a confidentiality agreement.
"Casper signed a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement when he began working for Jennifer Lopez, as she requires all of her employees to do." a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively. Casper and Jen began dating several months after she separated from her third husband, Marc Anthony. The confidentiality agreement covers all interactions that her employees have with Jen, including anything that occurs off the clock.
"Jen has been around long enough to know that anyone she dates could possibly turn on her and choose to go to the press if the relationship sours. Casper had absolutely no qualms about signing the agreement, and has told Jen on multiple occasions that even if he didn't work for her, he would have signed the contract. Jen loves him even more for that."
J.Lo has had a long-running court battle with ex husband Ojani Noa.
The couple recently celebrated one year together and as previously reported, the mom-of-two and her choreographer beau took to Twitter to proclaim their adoration for each other.
"BEAUcasperSMART BEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today is OUR's!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful smile with me everyday!" Lopez, 42, wrote to her 25-year-old boyfriend (and twelve million Twitter followers).
"Happy 1 yr. anniversary to the most Gorgeous, Kind, Sweet, Funny, Beautiful Lil Bear in the world.... Love Bear #October25" Casper responded.
J-Lo and Casper are currently in Europe as part of Lopez's Dance Again tour.
