It's a done deal.
Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey and Keith Urban have signed on the dotted lines and will be joining the returning Randy Jackson as American Idol judges.
The foursome had been rumored for weeks, and as RadarOnline.com reported, Katie Couric even accidentally let the cat out of the bag on her new talk show last week.
The official announcement came Sunday courtesy of a tweet from AI host Ryan Seacrest.
"It's official, your new #IdolJudges are @MariahCarey, @NickiMinaj, @KeithUrban & @Yo_RandyJackson!" he wrote Sunday morning.
The new gang all got together for a dinner party Saturday night.
Auditions begin Sunday, and the show returns for its 12th season in January.
