The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof has been advised by friends to quit the Bravo hit television reality show if she wants to save her marriage to her estranged husband Dr. Paul Nassif, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"Adrienne's friends have been telling her that she MUST quit the show, if she has any hopes of reconciling with her husband of ten years, Dr. Paul Nassif," a source close to the situation tells us.
"Adrienne was on an emotional roller coaster during the taping of the third season because of the constant barrage of verbal assaults by fellow cast member, Brandi Glanville. The stress Adrienne endured on the show certainly took a toll on her marriage. Reality shows are bad for marriages, just look at Camille Grammer and Taylor Armstrong! Adrienne is definitely considering leaving the show because she has just had enough," the source added.
As RadarOnline.com first reported, the couple formally separated several weeks ago.
"There is no other person. It's for a variety of reasons that they are contemplating separation. Adrienne was dragged through the dirt during filming of the upcoming season and it really wore on her. Paul and Adrienne have always fought, it's how they were as a couple. However, at this point, they realize that they are just want very different things and neither one of them is happy in the marriage," an insider previously told RadarOnline.com.

Meanwhile, Maloof and Nassif have "an excellent chance of reconciling. They do have their issues to work through, but they are committed to try and save their marriage. Paul and Adrienne talk on the phone every day and have seen each other. They needed to take a break from the marriage but neither one of them is dating or seeing anyone else. They are handling this situation with true class and are doing everything possible to minimize disruption to their three sons' lives," the insider said.
The third season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will premiere this fall on Bravo.
