Kate Winslet Puts Her NYC Apartment Up For Rent For $30,000 A Month: Take A Peek Inside!

If you want to live like an A-lister --  Kate Winslet’s  gorgeous New York City apartment is for rent – for a whopping $30,000 a month!

The Oscar winner has put the 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home on the market and our friends at Zillow.com shared the photos of the stunning Chelsea duplex.

Kate and her ex-husband Sam Mendes purchased the home in 2004 for $4.995 million and he transferred the deed to her and paid her $2.15 million after they split according to the New York Daily News.

The duplex is located in the same neighborhood where Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise are living and it comes with 13-foot ceilings, 12 oversize corner windows and a spacious 1,700-square-foot terrace.
