Jillian Michaels and girlfriend Heidi Rhoades (again, sporting a sparkly diamond ring) enjoyed a day in Miami Beach with their kids Sunday, and we've got the pics for you right here on RadarOnline.com.

The former star of NBC's The Biggest Loser and her gal pal looked to be having a blast in South Florida, getting in the water with daughter Lukensia with newborn boy Phoenix nearby.

The muscular Jillian, 38, adopted native Haitian Lukensia May 12. Rhoades, 31, delivered son Phoenix in late-April and looked in fantastic shape just three months after the fact.
