Jenelle Evans' ex-boyfriend Gary Head pleaded guilty to assault on a female in a North Carolina courthouse and according to the Teen Mom star, RadarOnline.com has learned her charges were dropped.
"Court is over. Gary Head pleas sic guilty to assault on a female and all my charges were dropped," Jenelle tweeted to her nearly half a million followers on Monday.
"But if he didn't take the plea bargain then he was facing serioussssss consequences."
Jenelle and Gary were both arrested on June 24 following a brutal fight they had, but the judge found in Jenelle's favor and her charges were dropped.
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Jenelle was granted a one-year restraining order as a result of the fight.
“Jenelle is afraid of Gary," a source told RadarOnline.com.
"She was viciously attacked by him and she is really frightened that he is going to come after her again, that’s why she got the restraining order.”
"The judge said 'are you sure you don't want to go further?' I said 'no he can take this plea. I want no contact with him that's all,'" Jenelle tweeted on Monday.
Once all four of her charges were dropped, the 20-year-old headed out for lunch with her bad boy on-again-off-again boyfriend Kieffer Delp.
