The walls are lined with gold and platinum records he produced for the likes of Barbra Streisand, Rod Stewart, Carly Simon and Diana Ross, but Richard Perry has still decided to part with the lovenest he shares with girlfriend Jane Fonda. The asking price is a cool $12,750,000.
Perry's manse was built in 1942 for Ronald Reagan and his first wife Jane Wyman. It sits on a knoll above the Sunset Strip and has spectacular city views.
There are five bedrooms and eight baths in just under 6,000 sq. ft. The house features a wine cellar and library. Both the living room and master bedrooms have fireplaces.
Naturally, there's a pool, spa and tennis court.
Perry and Fonda, who stars in the new HBO hit Newsroom, have been dating since 2009.
