Mark Wahlberg Asking $13 Million For His Beverly Hills Estate - Take A Peek Inside

Mark Wahlberg has listed -- for the third time in the last four years -- the magnificent Beverly Hills estate he shares with his wife Rhea Durham and their four children.
The new asking price, $12,995,000, is still a stunner but down $3 million from the first time the place was listed in 2008.
The main house has 9,000 sq. ft. and there's a 2,500 sq. ft. guest house with a total of seven bedrooms and 10 1/2 baths. Befitting Wahlberg's movie star status, there is a screening room and a kitchen built for large scale entertaining.
The nearly two-acre property is a sophisticated playground. There's a full-sized basketball court and a regulation-size boxing ring, a swimming pool with waterfall and waterside, a professionally-equipped gym and a putting green.
The place is behind gates, of course, and Demi Moore is a neighbor.
Wahlberg and Durham bought a six acre property with plans for a 30,000 sq. ft. house in 2009, and have reportedly broken ground on that project.
