The best revenge is looking good, and Katie Holmes is definitely taking that to heart!
RadarOnline.com has photos from her dinner in Manhattan on Wednesday night where she poured her super thin legs into a pair of skin tight leather pants and rocked some sky high heels.
Katie, 33, has been a single and free woman since filing for divorce from her husband Tom Cruise and if the stylish actress is trying to show off what he's missing, she is succeeding.
In black leather pants that showed off her toned legs and Katie completed the sexy look with black sky high heels, a cream blouse and had her hair in a casual messy bun when she went to dinner with a friend in New York City.
Now that she's single, with her divorce settlement finalized on July 9, Katie's left hand was missing her wedding ring, which she has permanently taken off since filing the papers to end her five year marriage.
Katie spent the day in the zoo with her daughter Suri Cruise on Wednesday, while Tom was busy filming Oblivion in California.
