Halle Berry Suffers Minor Head Injury While Shooting Film In L.A.

Halle Berry is now out of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering a minor head injury late Tuesday during shooting of her new film The Hive, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

On Wednesday morning, a rep for the Academy Award winning actress ,45, released this statement: "Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."

It's been a rough-and-tumble July for the rich and famous, as Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were sideswiped in New York Tuesday, while Kristin Chenoweth was rushed to the hospital after an on-set accident during filming of her CBS show The Good Wife last week.

The Hive, also starring Abigail Breslin, is set to hit theaters next year.
