Casey Anthony Wrongly Identified As Driver Who Ran Down Two Women
July 21 2012, Published 4:34 a.m. ET
Some might chalk it up to karma, but Casey Anthony can't get a break. Friday night she was identified as the driver who ran down two women outside the Bellaire, Ohio public library, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The story posted on the website for the NBC station WTOV9 didn't use Anthony's name but was illustrated with a prominent photo of Casey in court, wearing a gray suit.
The posting resulted in a flurry of comments from locals who were sure they seen Casey in the area, including one person who wrote, "She has been spotted in Ohio and most recently in Bellaire. Mail is being delivered to a Casey Anthony on Monroe street. Wonder if she ran them over or if someone tried to rid the world of a baby killer."
By Saturday morning, the station apparently realized its error and removed Anthony's photo, replacing it with the station's logo including the NBC peacock.

Casey was acquitted a year ago in the death of her daughter Caylee Anthony. She is on probation until August 21 for an unrelated bad check conviction. It's believed she's living in Florida.
RadarOnline.com has reached out to WTOV exes, but no one has yet responded.
