Brooke Mueller Out Of Rehab: Says Recent Death of Charlie Sheen's Friend Should Be 'Wake-Up Call'

Brooke Mueller is out of rehab, and told RadarOnline.com exclusively that the death of her ex-hubby, Charlie Sheen's friend/assistant, Rick Calamaro allegedly from a drug overdose, should be a "wake-up call" to all addicts.
Mueller went back to rehab at the end of May to seek treatment for her well documented battle with crack cocaine addiction, and was released a few weeks ago.
The mother of Sheen's two adorable twin sons, told RadarOnline.com: "The death of Charlie's assistant should be a wake up call for anyone struggling with addiction."
Brooke looked beautiful and healthy during an outing with a friend in Beverly Hills on Friday.
Mueller is focused on her sobriety and has a sober living companion that will be staying with her to ensure she stays on the straight and narrow this time.
