He has made millions from matchmaking couples on national TV, but Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss couldn't keep his own real-life romance alive and announced he was splitting from his high school sweetheart wife, Alexandra Vorbeck, in March.
Now single after 24 years of marriage, the ABC producer is selling his Malibu mansion for $6.45 million, reported Zillow.com, no doubt in favor of a more manageable bachelor pad.
Sitting on just over an acre of land, the 2,164-square-foot craftsman home is located on Birdview Ave and boasts a large pool overlooking the ocean, sprawling grass lawns and a sun deck, but only two bedrooms and three bathrooms.
While unfortunately Fleiss' marriage didn't last a lifetime, Bachelorette Emily Maynard is hoping her engagement to this season's lucky suitor will go the distance.
