Hollywood power couple Warren Beatty and Annette Bening have decided to sell their Beverly Hills mansion after a year of unsuccessfully trying to lease it out, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside the huge home.
The Oscar-winning actor and the Oscar-nominated actress had initially been asking $27,500 a month in rent, then after drastically reducing it to $19,995 per month, they currently have it listed for sale at a whopping $6,995,000, reported RealEstalker.com.
Located in a gated and secluded neighborhood on Mulholland Drive, the extravagant estate sits on 1.1 acres with a 10,594 square foot Mediterranean-style mansion boasting six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus a separate staff suite and guest house.
Classic French windows open up to meticulously manicured tree-shaded lawns, refreshing swimming pool and spa, and a majestic winding driveway.
The highly acclaimed actors have reportedly moved back to their other sprawling 6.7-plus acre compound just a few miles away, which was once damaged during the 1994 Northridge earthquake but has since been renovated.
