The Carbon Beach area of Malibu is nicknamed Billionaire's Row, and it will take someone with almost that much in the bank to buy Terry and Jane Semel's legendary oceanfront estate.

The former Warner Bros. Chairman and Yahoo CEO and his wife are asking a stunning $50 million for their massive and architecturally unique compound.

The main house is entered through a three-story rotunda topped by a skylight. Circular windows are used throughout, and a copper-roofed screening pavilion  -- described in the listing as a "stand alone piece of art" -- doubles as the family den. There is also a two-story guesthouse.

The 10,317 sq. ft. of living space have nine bedrooms and 13 baths.

And in case you don't want to sit on the sand and swim in the ocean, there's a swimming pool, gazebo and expansive lawn.

Neighbors include David Geffen and Jeffrey Katzenberg.

The Semels have four children, including openly gay former reality star Courtenay who had affairs with both Lindsay Lohan and the late heiress Casey Johnson.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, LiLo and Semel recently shocked fellow partygoers when they showed up together for a birthday bash. They'd been a couple prior to Lohan's romance with Sam Ronson.
